I'm
going to tincture my motherwort using vinegar. What is the "dosage"
when using a vinegar tincture??
Also,
I want to use my garden sage for a vinegar as well. It's already
gone through one blooming...can I just harvest leaves?

more thing...difference in sages...what are they? As I said I
have regular garden sage, but when I was at the nursery yesterday
I found what they labeled "native sage" (I'm in California);
the fragrance is much more intense, very sweet and a little spicy.
The leaves seem to be a bit smaller than garden sage. Can this
sage be used for bundling into smudge sticks???
