Do you think you could be anaemic? Although that affects muscle

I can monitor my iron levels to an extent by presing my fingernail
and seeing how quikcly and how much it returns to a state of redness.
The more red it goes compared the white when pressed the better
my blood is.
I also find pulling down an eyelid and checking how red the inner
lid is, is a good indication of iron stores.
