If you want medical tests, you could get your iron stores (not
blood iron) and your haemoglobin tested. Also your thyroid function.
Both are blood tests, the first will say if you are anameic or
not, the second will say if your thyroid function is low. The
doctor can test for diabetes at the same time - here is a link

I have some questions - how do you feel when you wake up in the
morning? refreshed? tired?
Do you exercise? Eat animal products? Smoke? Use stimulants like
coffee?
Do you tend towards overweight and lethargic or underweight and
doing too much, or some other combination of these?
Do you do what you love, or is most of your life energy going
into things you don't love?
The best initial remedies I know for tiredness are nourishing
herbal infusions (not teas). They are packed with minerals and
other nutrients - nettle is my favourite for triedness, but I
