No, I don't think it's irreparable. At least not most of it.
You should check out Nourishing Traditions, and the Weston A Price
foundation site. They have lots of things to say about soy. Also,
I know of some people who drink raw milk and don't have the adverse
reactions to dairy that people who drink pasturized milk do. It
may be something you want to look into. I think the site for Weston
