When
I read this I felt like crying, I never knew and been using soy
products pretty much my whole vegetarian life. I sometimes wonder
why I felled sick most of the time. And now when I am in perimenopause
and having the worst time with it I wonder if this contributes
to it. I am sorry I don't have Susans book yet trying to
get it. I don't know much of the wise woman ways trying to learn.
I am still a vegetarian, its hard I think since I can't have dairy
but eat it once in a while.
Can
