i am currently taking 20 drops oil of black kosh
20 drops dong quai every 4 hours im also taking vitimin c about
9000mg a day.i just bought pennyroyal 100%pure essential oil i
want to add this too but im not sure of the dosage and its so
dangerious i herd 1 teasp.to a cup of warm water no more then
3 times a day please help
